MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY:

6-month limited warranty:

Our 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues. If a manufacturing defect or material issue is discovered during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

1 year and 6 months warranty extension for inflation pump related issues:

We also offer a 1-year and 6-month extended warranty for inflation pump issues. If any inflation pump issues are found during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the pump free of charge.

Two-year limited warranty:

We offer a two-year limited warranty, which covers manufacturing and material defects. If such a defect or problem is identified during the warranty period, we promise to repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

It is important to note that this warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper use of the product. In particular, damage to the LED resulting from improper handling or use is not covered under this warranty.

We encourage you to use the product according to the provided instructions to ensure its longevity and proper functioning. This warranty is intended to give you peace of mind by ensuring that your COZIYA product meets our high standards of quality and reliability.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product. It also does not apply to damage caused by accidents, fires, floods, or other natural events beyond our control. To benefit from this warranty, please contact us at the following email address: contact@coziya-outdoor.com and provide proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returning the product under warranty are the customer's responsibility. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.

MATTRESS MAINTENANCE

We would like to inform you that in accordance with our refund policy, we are unable to refund mattresses that have been subjected to excessive use in the sun or prolonged use in water.

We'd like to highlight the exceptional features of our Coziya mattresses, designed to combine comfort and durability. Each mattress is crafted with a high-quality 20D nylon fabric cover. Before final assembly, this fabric undergoes a thorough waterproofing treatment, significantly increasing your mattress's water resistance. This process ensures you can enjoy worry-free moments of relaxation on the water, or use it in contact with rain or various non-chemical liquids.

It's important to note, however, that while water-resistant, our mattress is not designed for prolonged immersion. In accordance with our usage guidelines, we do not recommend using the Coziya mattress in water for more than three consecutive hours. This precaution helps preserve the integrity and longevity of your mattress.

To best maintain your Coziya mattress, we recommend storing it in a dry, sun-protected place when not in use. This will prevent air bubbles from forming and maintain the mattress's properties, ensuring your comfort for future uses.

We would like to remind you that this policy aims to ensure the durability and quality of our products. We therefore invite you to take these recommendations into consideration to fully enjoy your Coziya mattress. Please also note that salt is corrosive. Therefore, please clean or rinse your mattress thoroughly after use in seawater. To remove any stains on your mattress, you can use warm water with a little soap. Avoid any chemicals that could potentially damage the material.

RETURNS

At Coziya, we offer a money-back guarantee: you have 30 days from the date you receive your mattress to return it to us for a full refund.

Here are the conditions to be met to be eligible for reimbursement:

  • The mattress must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • It must be returned in its original condition (rolled size: 28 x 11 cm) to facilitate its storage in its cover. You can consult our YouTube tutorial for advice on correct folding. Tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-K3dqmKzVCM
  • The mattress must not have any holes or stains and must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Make sure to return the mattress in its packaging with all the items received: the mattress, the elastic, the instructions and the patches.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not permitted for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

ENCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@coziya-outdoor.com


Gifts :
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll find out about your return.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

LOST PACKAGE

We are pleased to inform you that we offer a refund policy for packages that are declared lost by the shipping service. We understand that the security of your shipments is important to you, and we take this responsibility very seriously.

If you find that your package has not been delivered and is considered lost by the shipping service, please contact us immediately. We will review your case and if we confirm that your package was lost in transit, we will refund you in full.

PACKAGE INDICATED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If you notice on your order tracking that your order is listed as delivered, but unfortunately your package has not arrived in your mailbox, we are aware of your situation and are ready to help you by providing you with all available information about your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for this type of problem.

In this case, it's possible that this situation is due to a tracking error, in which case your order will arrive very soon. It's also possible that the delivery person left your package somewhere other than your mailbox, or that there was a delivery error. We recommend contacting your building's caretaker or your neighbors to check if your package was delivered to a different address.

You can also contact the delivery service that delivered your order directly. Typically, you'll receive an email informing you that your package has been delivered, so you can contact them through that email.

We regret to inform you that we are unfortunately unable to refund this type of incident, as we do not have the necessary supporting documentation to issue a refund. We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal for any further questions or information regarding your order.
