These general delivery conditions apply to all orders placed on the Coziya-outdoor.com website. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.
Article 2: Processing of Orders
At COZIYA, we value your time and trust, which is why we are committed to processing your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We strive to ensure that every order is processed within 24 to 48 hours.
For orders placed in the morning, we do our best to process them the same afternoon, provided our transport service is available to visit our warehouse that day. Orders placed in the evening will begin processing the following morning.
Please note that our stated processing time does not include public holidays, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons. We make every effort to ensure your experience with COZIYA is as satisfying and enjoyable as possible, ensuring that your expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Article 3: Delivery Methods
At COZIYA, we understand the importance of receiving your purchases quickly and safely. That's why we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs:
a. Standard Delivery: Enjoy reliable delivery with an estimated delivery time of 48 to 72 hours, ideal for non-urgent needs.
b. Express Delivery: For orders requiring rapid delivery, opt for our Express Delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 24 hours.
c. Mondial Relay delivery: A convenient option for those who prefer to collect their packages from a relay point, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 days.
d. Standard Delivery: Specially designed for our customers outside the European Union, this option has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 days. It can also be used for deliveries within the European Union in the event of a stock shortage in our Marly la Ville warehouse.
All our delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. The delivery times announced on our website do not include Sundays, public holidays, or any delays due to transport strikes or other external disruptions.
All our products containing electronic components or batteries may experience slightly longer delivery times than estimated, as these products require additional checks.
Article 4: Free Delivery
Free delivery is offered for all orders of €30 or more and is only applicable in the following countries: France, Germany, Benelux, Spain, Monaco, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
Article 5: Liability in the Event of Delay
Coziya is committed to preparing and delivering your order to the carrier within the promised timeframe. However, once the package is in the carrier's hands, Coziya no longer exercises control over the delivery process and cannot be held responsible for any delays or incidents that may occur. While we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Furthermore, if the package cannot be delivered due to mailbox constraints or the need for hand delivery, Coziya cannot guarantee delivery under those specific conditions. We encourage you to provide clear delivery instructions when placing your order to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
Article 6: Customs and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees and taxes, for which the customer is solely responsible.

For any questions regarding refunds, customers are encouraged to review our refund policy available on our website.
Article 8: Modifications to the Delivery Conditions
Coziya reserves the right to modify these general delivery conditions at any time. Customers are therefore encouraged to consult them regularly.
Article 9: Where are the packages shipped from?
We are proud to inform you that we ship all orders from our warehouses located in Marly-la-Ville, France. As a local company, we are committed to providing our customers with quality service and fast, reliable delivery.
We also have a warehouse in Guangzhou, which allows us to deliver orders quickly and reliably to countries outside the European Union. This warehouse also helps us serve our customers in France or other EU countries when we experience a stock shortage at our main warehouse in Marly-la-Ville. In such cases, we inform our customers at checkout that delivery times will be 2 to 5 days instead of the usual 48 hours.
