Article 2 – Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products marketed by Coziya on the site https://coziya-outdoor.com

Article 3 – Products and Services

Coziya inflatable mattresses are designed for ultra-versatile use. They're made from polyester, TPU, and absorbent foam for the inflation pump, while some parts, like the valves, are made of plastic. Their design makes them suitable for many activities: beach, picnic, sunset, reading, sleeping, or even swimming thanks to their waterproof treatment.

Special Features:

• Materials: Polyester and TPU coating with a waterproof surface that is not noticeable to the touch.
• Thermal resistance: Suitable for use between 0 and 45°C.
• Maximum weight: Supports up to 210 kg. It is strongly recommended not to jump on the mattress or expose it to heavier weights.

Directions for use in water:

• Use limited to 1 hour in salt or chlorinated water, followed by a fresh water rinse.

Precautions:

• Do not use the mattress on sharp objects, such as glass, sharp rocks or thorns.
• Carefully inspect the ground before installation to avoid any potentially piercing objects.
• Inflate the mattress to 80% to optimize comfort, avoid excessive tension and extend its lifespan.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. Excessive heat can increase internal pressure, cause cracks, or degrade materials.
• Do not use the mattress as a watercraft, as it is not designed for sailing.
• Keep away from any heat source, such as flames, barbecues or campfires.
• Avoid contact with chemicals or corrosives that could damage the coating.
• Always rinse the mattress with fresh water after use in salt or chlorinated water.
• We recommend use on safe surfaces such as sand, tarp, grass or non-sharp rocks.

Article 4 – Orders

Orders placed on our website are subject to validation. We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious or non-compliant order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order. Any errors or omissions may result in delays or additional charges, for which you will be responsible.

Article 5 – Price and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the visitor's browser currency, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Applicable delivery charges are mentioned before order confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and other secure systems listed on the website. All transactions are processed through secure platforms.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 30 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Article 7 – Warranty and Limitations

Our products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Defects covered:

• Sealing or material issues directly related to manufacturing.
• Defective welds on the inflatable compartments.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Punctures caused by sharp objects (glass, stones, thorns, etc.).
• Damage due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Cracks resulting from over-inflation or weight exceeding 210 kg.
• Damage caused by use not in accordance with recommendations.

Despite the extreme use scenarios depicted for testing in our marketing videos, these scenarios are not recommended. Coziya cannot be held responsible for the consequences of similar use.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All elements present on the site (texts, images, logos, designs) are the exclusive property of Coziya. Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and liable to prosecution.

Article 9 – Personal Data

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Article 10 – Limitation of Liability

Coziya cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of its products, except within the framework of legal guarantees.

Article 11 – Complaints and Disputes
