Article 1 – General provisions

These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed on https://coziya-outdoor.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.

Article 2 – Order processing

We process each order within 24 to 48 business hours. This window also allows the customer to contact us to modify or cancel their order. Processing times do not include public holidays, Saturday afternoons, or Sundays.

Article 3 – Delivery times

European Union: 2 to 5 business days. Outside the European Union: 3 to 6 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and do not include Sundays, public holidays, or delays caused by strikes or customs inspections. Products containing electronic components or batteries may be subject to additional checks that could slightly extend delivery times.

Article 4 – Free shipping

Free shipping is offered on all orders of €50 or more, available to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Article 5 – Liability for delays

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, COZIYA OUTDOOR no longer has control over the delivery process and cannot be held responsible for any delays or incidents that may occur. We encourage customers to provide clear delivery instructions when placing their order.

Article 6 – Customs and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Article 7 – Shipping origin

Guangzhou warehouse: our main warehouse for international shipments (within and outside the EU). A dedicated and responsive team processes your orders within 24 to 48 hours and promptly hands them over to the carrier, which delivers within approximately 2 to 5 days. This delivery timeframe is automatically displayed on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address. This logistics facility in Guangzhou, China, allows us to efficiently deliver to nearly every country in the world with fast and reliable shipping times.

Article 8 – Order tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number, then reach out to our customer service if the problem persists.
