By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any additional policies published on the website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Article 2 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by COZIYA OUTDOOR LLC on the website https://coziya-outdoor.com. They apply to all orders placed on the website, regardless of the nature or type of products ordered.

Article 3 – Product catalog

COZIYA OUTDOOR LLC offers a catalog of outdoor and lifestyle products that may evolve regularly with the addition of new items. Available products are those displayed on the website at the time of the order, subject to stock availability.

Key product characteristics (dimensions, materials, weight, capacity, instructions for use) are described on each product page. This information is provided for reference purposes and may be updated without notice to reflect changes in the catalog.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the usage precautions and recommendations indicated on each product page. Any use that does not comply with the provided instructions releases COZIYA OUTDOOR from liability.

Article 4 – Orders

Orders placed on the website are subject to validation. COZIYA OUTDOOR reserves the right to refuse any order that is suspicious, incomplete, or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (contact details, shipping address, etc.). Any error or omission may result in delays or additional costs for which the customer shall be solely responsible.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the order has been validated. The sale is considered final upon receipt of this email.

Article 5 – Pricing and payment

Product prices are displayed in the visitor's browser currency, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are indicated before final order validation.

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and any other secure payment system available on the website at the time of the order. All transactions are processed through secure platforms.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. This period exceeds the legal minimum of 14 days and is offered as a commercial courtesy.

Products must be returned in their original condition, meaning undamaged, complete (all accessories included), and in their original packaging. Normal inspection use is accepted (e.g., testing the product once to ensure it works properly). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Certain product types are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law, including custom-made products and products whose packaging cannot be reused once opened for hygiene reasons.

Article 7 – Legal and commercial warranty

Our products are covered by a two (2) year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies in addition to the mandatory legal warranties (conformity guarantee and warranty against hidden defects) provided under consumer protection law.

Covered defects:

Material defects directly related to manufacturing.
Structural defects appearing under normal conditions of use.
Malfunctions resulting from a design or assembly defect.

Exclusions:

Damage caused by use that does not comply with recommendations.
Normal wear and tear, accidents, impacts, or acts of vandalism.
Prolonged exposure to extreme conditions (excessive heat, humidity, chemicals).
Repair or modification carried out by the customer or an unauthorized third party.

Article 8 – Intellectual property

All elements on the website (text, images, logos, designs, videos, graphics) are the exclusive property of COZIYA OUTDOOR and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 – Personal data

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you consent to this processing.

Article 10 – Limitation of liability

COZIYA OUTDOOR shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of its products, user negligence, or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, etc.). In all cases, COZIYA OUTDOOR's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 11 – Complaints and applicable law

All complaints must be sent by email to contact@coziya-outdoor.com. We are committed to addressing any complaint within 48 business hours.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the following rules:

For consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom: these Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably or through mediation, the competent courts of Nice (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory legal provision in the consumer's country of residence provides otherwise.

For consumers residing outside the European Union and the United Kingdom: these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States). Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of Wyoming.

In all cases, mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall apply where they offer a higher level of protection.

Article 12 – Amendments

COZIYA OUTDOOR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.
